We will gladly accept items for an exchange or merchandise credit within 30 days from purchase when items are returned with an original sales receipt in the original unworn condition.Monogrammed & Engraved items are excluded. Gift certificates/cards do not expire and are not valid for cash and cannot be replaced if lost.(Currently for Instore use only.) Prices are subject to change do to rising/falling metal costs. Prices & Product may vary from online store & actual store locations.
Shipping: All items that are available for immediate ship will be sent out on the following business day. All monogrammed and engraved items will be shipped within 5-7 business days after your order is placed unless otherwise noted and will not be shipped separate from other items included in the same order.
Out of Stock Items: Should any item ordered become out of stock, we will contact you immediately. You may choose to wait for the out of stock items, substitute another product, or cancel your order. Your credit card will be charged only for the items that have been shipped. Returns :Personalized items are non-returnable, unless it was an error on the part of our store or the product is defective. Any store errors must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please carefully review your order before submitting and upon receipt of your goods.
Carefully review the initials you have entered and the order in which they are entered, as we are not responsible for incorrectly submitted orders. Please note that monogramming items traditionally have initals place in this order : First, Last, Middle/Maiden. The last name will be larger in the center.
