Piercing Policies + Booking

Please read and understand the following information before booking with me.

Scheduling

I work by appointment only. All appointments are scheduled online. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent / guardian. You will be required to place a credit card on file when you are holding your appointment. I do NOT charge this card unless you are a No-Show. You will pay in the studio at the time of your appointment with credit card, cash, Venmo / PayPal.

Canceling Appointments

You can cancel your appointment up to 3 hours before your scheduled time. You can do this via your confirmation email / text or you may call / text me. Do NOT email me to cancel your appointment. If you choose to not show up for your appointment without canceling it - your credit card will be charged for the full amount for the No-Show.

Rescheduling

Should you need to reschedule your appointment you can do so via the email/text confirmation. I totally understand that life is unpredictable but please be aware that I do NOT allow appointments to be rescheduled multiple times. If this seems to be your situation I would suggest a walk-in / walk-out store (such as Claire's or Walmart) that will better fit your needs.

Be on Time!

I work in short windows of time. Being 10 minutes late for your 15 minute appointment will not work out. The person scheduled behind you should not have to wait because you were unprepared. If you are late and I cannot perform the service due to time restraints - you will be considered a No-Show and your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the service. There is currently Interstate construction work in my immediate area - please plan accordingly.

Location

I am located in the Pinnacle Shopping Center ( Near Hobby Lobby / Kohl's ). Mira Mia is located INSIDE of Sola Salon Studios. The building is located directly behind Olive Garden on the corner. There are 29 Individually owned and operated businesses inside of Sola.

Our studios are small - Please limit your party to 1-2 people or they will be asked to wait in the lobby.
